Payment and Billing
How does the $0 upfront option work?
With our $0 upfront option, you can get a fully functional website for your coach or consulting business without paying anything initially.
Instead, you pay a monthly fee (depending on your service package), which covers all the development, maintenance costs and hoting costs..
How much do the service packages cost?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments only.
When are payments due?
Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If payment is received late the following fee schedule will be in effect:
- 15 days late = 10% late fee
- 30 days late = 20% late fee
- 45 days late = 30% late fee
- 60 days late = 40% late fee and site will be turned off until brought current
Do you offer refunds?
Once your minimum service agreeement has been met, refunds are available for the current month of service only. We do not offer refunds for past services provided.
Is there a minimum service agreement?
Yes, all clients must commit to a minimum service agreement of 24 months.

Will I own the website after the service agreement ends?
No, this is a lease agreement for the use of the website. Ownership of the website design, hosting, and services remains with Build My Coach Website.
